INTRODUCTION
Towing devices have a long use history as a tool for assisted strength and pace training, as well as a testing device for measuring the strength and hydrodynamic resistance which a swimmer develops or experiences during locomotion (Sacilotto G., Ball N., Mason B., 2014). In such towing systems, the velocity of assisted "swimming" is a function of towing velocity. We designed a new generation of circular towing devices based on the effect of artificial guided gravitation, which (via a special transmission mechanism) generates a precisely measurable assisting force (Kiselev A.
