Characteristics of swimming champions: Instruments for practitioners and researchers
(Charakteristika von Schwimm-Champions: Instrumentarien für Praktiker und Wissenschaftler)
The aim of the study was to develop competitive swimming-specific instruments for practice and research, extending the tradition of a growing series of sport/environmentdeterminate instruments inspired by Rushall`s pioneering 1970`s challenge to the inadequacies of trait-oriented personality assessments.
